For topical application only. Shake gently before use. Apply over the heart, on the temples, back of the neck, and above the navel; massage on the webbing between the thumb and index finger, on the outer wrist near the wrist bone, and about three finger widths below your wrist. Cup your hands and inhale deeply for several seconds after application.
