For topical application only. Shake gently before use. Apply to pulse points - inner wrists, side of neck, behind ears, and on upper chest. For greater impact, massage into the area two finger-widths below the navel, about three finger widths to either side of the navel, on the top of the foot (between the big toe and second toe, in the hollow above where the bones meet) and just below the kneecap on the front side of the leg.
