This product is for topical application only. Shake gently before use. Apply over the heart space, on the temples, back of the neck, and above the navel. Massage on the webbing between the thumb and index finger, in depression on the outer edge of the hand between the palm and the outer wrist near the wrist bone, and about three finger widths below your inner wrist.
